At Journi, a creative tech company and Austria's most innovative start-up of 2024, we’re building the world’s #1 most-downloaded printing app. Our app empowers customers to effortlessly create beautiful photo books and other print products. Using AI technology, we automatically create personalized designs based on the content our users want to print. We’re on the lookout for an inspiring and driven Account Manager to manage our 5 existing print service providers, as well as find and onboard new ones around the world. This position reports directly to our CFO.
YOUR BAG OF TRICKS
* At least 3 years of experience in a production company as an Account Manager or Controller
* You’re great with numbers – comfortable with rough plausibility checks, big-picture estimates, and handling uncertainty in forecasting
* Solid understanding of production processes and process controlling
* Skilled in negotiating with partners, especially when it comes to pricing
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
* Proficient in Excel and working with data
* Enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships with partners

WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Manage relationships with our five production partners across Germany, the UK, Australia, and the US
* Identify, test, and onboard new production partners to support our international growth
* Negotiate pricing with both existing and new production partners
* Analyze and calculate business cases for potential new products or add-ons in collaboration with our production partners, and present findings to C-Level
* Lead the project management of new product launches in close cooperation with the Journi team
* Act as the main link between our production partners and the entire Journi team
* Establish and maintain regular reporting and communication with production partners
* Monitor performance of production partners and proactively address any issues
* Provide and track volume forecasts for our products
* Organize and coordinate partner meet-ups in Vienna or on-site at production facilities
WHO YOU ARE
NICE TO HAVE
* Experience in the printing/photo book industry
* Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Power BI)
* Experience in a growing, fast moving business
* German as first language
