Your Tasks
* Independent office management, including appointment coordination (e.g., minute-taking, digital filing and documentation, interface with other departments, ordering office supplies and equipment)
* Support in managing internal events and meetings
* Administrative support for our IT colleagues
* Travel management
* Contribution to the budgeting process
Your Profile
* Completed economic education (e.g. apprenticeship, HAS or similar education); initial work experience is an advantage
* Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
* Careful, structured and proactive way of working
* Organizational talent, flexibility, reliability, accuracy, ability to work under pressure as well as strong teamwork and communication skills

Further Information
Minimum Salary: Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 37,361.66.
