As a Field Operations Troubleshooting Dispatcher in the Service Operations department, you will schedule jobs for service technicians daily and weekly, following approved global processes and business rules. Your role involves streamlining workload, ensuring technicians have the necessary materials, and collaborating with internal technical support to maintain turbine operations.
Your responsibilities:
* Balance all assigned Portfolio orders to ensure minimum downtime and maximum productivity
* Ensure service crew composition is up to date and adjusted to cover demand
* Plan and monitor tools, parts & services on time and confirm availability at storage locations before crew mobilization
* Manage crew schedules on a day-to-day basis
* Align service schedules with obligations in service contracts
* Guarantee timely communication to crews and partners
* Participate in periodic improvement activities to enhance KPIs and PPIs related to the role
* SAP and/or Salesforce experience beneficial
* Proficiency in MS Office suite
* Knowledge of LEAN principles
* Fluent in German and very good English language skills
* Understanding of technical and planning frameworks (training will be provided)
* Ability to think and act in processes
* High degree of flexibility in a changing environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Safety awareness
* Proactive handling and thinking is a prerequisite

Salary: The actual salary is significantly higher than the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement (minimum salary for the metal industry for job group III in the 1st year: €37,361.66 annual salary; years of employment in the same job group also increase the minimum salary).
