About the Role
We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our Brisbane team and service the electrical wholesale channel. Reporting to the National Wholesale Manager, this position plays a critical role in developing and executing successful growth strategies.
The Business Development Manager will:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical wholesale partners and contractors.
2. Drive revenue growth and meet yearly KPI expectations.
3. Collaborate closely with the internal sales team to deliver outstanding solutions.

Experience and Pre-Requisites
We are looking for candidates who:
1. Have experience in the electrical industry, particularly with power distribution, motor control, or industrial electrical products.
2. Are proficient in PC literacy, including CRM tools.
3. Bring a positive, motivated, and enthusiastic attitude to the team.
4. Have a trade or electrical industry background (not essential).
