In this position you will provide service support on Canon semiconductor equipment to customers in Austria and secondly to other sites in Germany.

Responsibilities
* Install semiconductor equipment on site in line with relevant guidelines
* Ensure machines parameters are in line with specification before customer acceptance
* Provide service support to customers in line with service guidelines and good practice
* Provide general telephone assistance to customer queries
* Provide training of staff and customers
* Maintain and improve technical know-how for self and colleagues and keep abreast of on-going technological developments
What we ask

You will need
* Engineering or science qualification or equivalent experience in a service environment within the electronics industry
* Working knowledge of optical, electronic and/or mechanical principles
* Familiarity with diagnostic tools software e.g. Unix, Microsoft etc.
* Attraction to high end technology
* Fluent German and English speaker (Communication skills - both written and verbal)
* Comfortable with travel
Further Information
We offer you an annual salary of at least € 40.000,- gross, which will be adjusted according to your educational background and your experience.
