Due to internal promotions, we have two positions available for Marketing Assistants to join our Fragrance Marketing Team.
You will work alongside a highly experienced Brand Manager, assisting them in providing dedicated support to the allocated portfolio of prestigious fragrance brands.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the prestige fragrance industry while being mentored by some of the best in the business. It will be best suited to either a graduate or someone with 1-2 years of experience in marketing.
You will be:
* Working under guidance from your Brand Manager, you will assist them in:
* Developing and maintaining a marketing launch and animation calendar.
* Monitoring competitor activities, pricing and best practices.
* Creating PowerPoint presentations for conferences, strategy meetings and the like.
* Managing products including product registration, code and price set up, maintenance of retailer order forms, organising stock requisitions and tracking incentive items.
* Assisting with product forecasting, lifecycle management and logistics tracking.
* Preparing and submitting product images, advertising copy and promotional campaign briefs.
* Coordinating and executing promotional activations such as in-store visual focuses, pop-up stores and consumer events to enhance brand visibility, awareness and drive sales.
* Assisting in the preparation of monthly and quarterly sales analysis and ranking reports.
* Providing general administrative support to your Brand Manager and the team in general.
You must have:

* Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to prioritise and manage your time.
* The confidence to ask for help or advice, and to own and admit to your mistakes and continually learn.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint (we will be testing the shortlisted applicants).
* A genuine passion and drive to work in a marketing role within the fragrance industry.
You will have qualifications within Marketing, Commerce or similar or will have commensurate experience.
