As an Assistant Manager at OTR, you will be responsible for customer service, food preparation, and maintaining a clean and safe workplace. You will play a very important role in maintaining our strong reputation for outstanding customer service and contribute to our ongoing business success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Ensure food storage and preparation areas are maintained according to Health & Safety standards.
2. Comply with required Food Standards practices.
3. Till Operator.
4. Monitoring stock levels.
5. Complete daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
6. Follow security & safety procedures.
7. Maintain a safe working environment for team members and guests.
8. Maintain high personal presentation in the provided uniform to meet the Subway brand and guest expectations.
9. Work as a team member.
10. Deliver a high standard of service when dealing with products, sales, and catering for guest needs.
