Utilization: 40 hours a week - Full-time - Permanent position
Key Responsibilities:
* First and second-level support (calls, tickets, user interaction) - L1 & L2 Support
* Provide technical support for hardware, software, and mobile devices
* Ensure prompt and reliable troubleshooting for end-user IT issues
* Document all interactions in ServiceNow and maintain knowledge articles
* Deliver IT onboarding training for new employees
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
* Fluent in German and English
* 3+ years of experience in a similar IT support role
* Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
