Your mission
In this diverse role, you will be responsible for consulting and technical implementation, setup, and configuration of client projects/orders in the area of billing and administration for care organizations. You will also provide occasional technical support in the background for support cases. This may involve tasks such as interfaces or system updates, as well as client-specific reports or database configurations.
What You Will Do:
* Preparation, installation, and configuration of the in-house solution based on SQL, directly connected with ELGA.
* Independent execution of customer orders or technical tasks within customer projects.
* Development of solutions, architectures, and migration options for clients.
* Setting up interfaces, performing updates, and implementing configurations and adjustments in client solutions or databases.
* Testing, diagnosing, and troubleshooting during client projects, as well as providing background support for the support team.
* Contributing to the ongoing improvement of processes, standards, as well as software solutions and tools used.
Your profile
* A completed IT education (HTL, FH, university) is advantageous.
* Experience in system administration, database administration, or software development.
* Proven database knowledge in SQL/T-SQL and MSSQL database systems.
* Experience in networking technology, operating systems, and applications.
* Your exceptional organizational skills ensure that you manage and successfully complete projects.
* Willingness to learn new things, combined with a pragmatic, structured, and organized work approach.
* A team player with good German and English skills.
* Knowledge of billing processes in care organizations and/or experience with ELGA is a big plus.
