A bit about the role
As our Product Development Manager, you will be leading the research and development of high quality, innovative health food products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of innovative products, driving impactful change across the product lifecycle. As a key leader in the team and function, you’ll combine strategic oversight with hands-on expertise to develop cutting-edge solutions, optimize existing offerings, and deliver exceptional results that meet customer needs and exceed expectations. 5. Deliver Impactful Projects: Manage the full lifecycle of product development projects—new and existing—delivering results on time and aligned with scope.

Some of the skills and experience you might bring to this role could be
1. 10+ years’ experience in food technology / product development.
2. 2+ years in people leadership.
3. Practical experience working to FSANZ standards.
4. Project management experience, familiar with stage and gate processes.
5. Hands-on laboratory development experience with a range of product formats, from conception to shelf.
6. Document writing expertise, particularly R&D documentation and reporting.
7. A passion for health food and health span!
