From the areas of people management, risk management & administration and business development, the role includes the following agendas:Resource planning and budget responsibility in the area of responsibilityDisciplinary and administrative management tasks, including employee appraisals and promoting employee developmentActive coaching and support of (Assistant) Relationship Managers in achieving targetsAuthorising account openings and recruiting new market employeesMonitoring operational risks in the front office and ensuring risk awareness among front office staffCompliance with regulatory, legal and LGT-internal framework conditionsEnsuring compliance with the LGT advisory process and carrying out necessary training and certificationsEnsuring target group-orientated offerings and promoting business initiatives in line with the bank's strategySupporting client advisors in the acquisition and support of top clients and prospectsIdentifying new prospects for the bankYour profileMatura or other commercial education.
