Aufgaben
* Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures and programs
* Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal health and safety regulations
* Supervise regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards
* Manage incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
* Develop, deliver and ensure health and safety training programs for employees and contractors
* Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes
* Develop and enforce the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Guidelines
* Provide health and safety support during the planning, development, and execution of renewable energy projects
* Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety considerations into project designs, operations, and the procurement process
* Monitor and report on health and safety performance metrics
* Prepare and present health and safety reports to senior management and stakeholders
Profil
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in health and safety management
* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Certification in health and safey (e.g. NEBOSH, IOSH) and familiarity with ISO 45001
* Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken, any additional language is a plus
