Our client requires an experienced individual to perform a stand-alone payroll position end to end. If the person is interested in learning more about HR, training will be provided.
The role:
* Processing the organisation's payroll for 150 employees
* Manual data entry of timesheets
* Preparing payments of regular payrolls
* Calculation of termination, redundancies, and other ad hoc payments
* Preparing and verifying the monthly accruals for salaries and benefits
* Ensuring payroll queries are handled in a courteous and timely manner via phone and email
* Assisting with payment summaries at the end of the financial year
* Assisting the team in reconciling the month-end actual data and accruals
* Assisting with month-end closing processes including the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliation
As the successful applicant, you will have:
* Experience in end-to-end payroll
* Ability to work well with others and good communication skills
