In close collaboration with the Senior Leadership team for Commercial, you will set and execute the People Strategy that will drive the function’s talent results, evolve leadership and culture, achieve high engagement and productivity, and enable the development of the necessary organizational capabilities.
Responsibilities:
1. You act as advisor to the Senior Leadership team on strategic People & Culture topics and drive ongoing initiatives.
2. Based on Strategic Workforce Planning, you will define mid- & long-term plans to continuously improve our organizational design & productivity and ensure that we are building capabilities fit for the future.
3. You ensure a holistic Talent Management Strategy for your functions is set in place with a focus on prioritized population (e.g., early talents) and critical talent pools. To drive the execution, you are partnering with our Talent team.
4. Based on insights and data analysis, you will kick off any needed People & Culture interventions together with the HR Business Partner who operationally supports the Commercial teams.
5. You will regularly review HC and related people costs as part of regular Business Review Routines, including corrective actions if needed.
Minimum Requirements:
1. University degree completed.
2. Min 5 years of experience in the field of HR Management (e.g., HRBP, People Development, etc.).
3. Fluent in both German & English.
4. Advanced knowledge of Austrian Labor law and experience in collaborating with works councils.
5. High resilience and curiosity with a willingness to go the extra mile.
6. Good stakeholder management, collaboration, project management & effective communication skills across hierarchy levels.
7. Solid business & financial acumen & willingness to utilize data analytics skills to ensure insights-driven HR decisions and practices.
SALARY:
If you meet the above requirements, you can expect an attractive and market-based minimum salary of EUR 78,000 gross/year excluding bonus (based on an all-in full-time position / 38.5 hours per week). We will clarify the final salary in a personal interview.
