You will align strategies, plans and policies across the organisation to accelerate delivery, by creating a clear line of sight between the daily work and the organisations strategic goals.
In this key role, you’ll lead our Networks department including spatial information services, to manage the delivery of high quality services and the development and implementation of a strategic program to improve performance and efficiency.
We pride ourselves on exceeding customer expectations with our teams that deliver essential services around the clock across our region.
About you
You’re a highly regarded professional with operational leadership and strategic experience, you’ll build effective internal and external relationships, while influencing the broader business. You’re familiar with working in network distribution operations across similar industry sectors.
With a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or similar, you’re also experienced in managing internal budgets. You’re someone with excellent business and financial skills, who demonstrates an understanding of how to align business and community needs with environmental, sustainability and financial goals.
Not only are you an experienced leader, but you’re also skilled in leading multi-disciplined work groups, adept at managing multiple projects, and provide clear direction to others under pressure.
