The Role:
As a Franchise Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our franchise network across Australia. This includes managing the resale process, acquiring new franchise partners for greenfield locations, and collaborating across departments to achieve growth targets. You will also lead market research efforts and develop strategies to attract and retain franchise partners.

* Proven track record in negotiating and delivering commercial outcomes in franchising.
* Bachelor's degree in property or business is preferred.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Deep understanding of franchise laws and regulations.
