We are looking for a MECHANICAL SITE SUPERVISOR in the field of: International plant construction.
Your TASKS
1. Supervise and control the work so that work is done according to technical specifications and time schedule as well required quality is met.
2. Planning workloads, allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets.
3. Devising work schedules and implementing the works to meet deadlines and key milestones.
4. Supporting Site Managers with planning works to ensure their task do not conflict with other works.
5. Conducting regular worksite inspections to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards and ensure relevant standards are adhered to.
6. Advise and supervise directly employed staff and subcontractors.
7. Advise customers in installation matters.
8. Managing of deliveries or goods and materials required for the works.
9. Prepare site reports.
10. Attend site management meetings.
Basic PROFILE
11. Completed technical education (Apprenticeship as metal worker or graduate of a higher technical college)
12. Good knowledge of spoken and written English
13. High level of motivation and initiative
14. High flexibiliy
15. Very willing to travel all over the world as well cultural understanding
16. Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, communication skills and reliability.
17. Knowledge of MS Office 365 and basic application skills in MS Project
18. Basic knowledge of contract and claim management.
19. Driving license
specific PROFILE
20. Min. 3 years of professional site supervision experience in the field of international plant construction sites
21. Additional training/education of: Basic knowledge of welding
