Your Key Responsibilities
1. Project Management & Market Analysis: Lead projects independently, actively identifying distressed companies and opportunities within the Austrian market.
2. Market Development: Continuously seek new market opportunities across Austria.
3. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building: Drive customer acquisition and foster long-term relationships with key accounts from various industries.
4. Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings and manage negotiations to build strong partnerships.
5. Collaboration: Ensure seamless cooperation with local partners, project managers, and our wider European team.
6. Tools & Systems: Utilize CRM and manage project workflows in our Monday.com system to stay organized and efficient.
What We Expect from You
1. Customer Focus & Networking Skills: You have a strong customer-first mindset and excel at building and maintaining professional networks.
2. Negotiation Expertise: Your negotiation skills are second to none.
3. Industry Knowledge: You bring knowledge across various industries, with a particular understanding of machinery and equipment value.
4. Technical Acumen: Familiarity with different types of machinery is essential, along with technical knowledge.
5. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in project planning and execution is a priority for you.
