Your responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the Product Quality & Recovery team with a focus on putting the customer first in everything we do.
Co-operate across functions in the customer meeting point to ensure everyone understands and actively contributes to the product quality & safety and recovery processes.
Establish the pre-requisites for the team to deliver customers a great commercial shopping experience, as well as efficient circular recovery operations to reduce the environmental and financial impact of the products that end up in the reverse flows.
Identify and continuously ensure optimal usage of common working methods, processes, and tools related to the product quality, safety, and recovery processes.
Develop the team and its individual members and ensure plans for succession.

The minimum salary for this position is based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week) 3, gross per month (all-in contract).
Working hours: Flexible from Monday to Saturday, 5 days per week - every second Saturday.
