Your role and responsibilities
We provide a diverse range of innovative mechatronic solutions, seamlessly integrated into B&R's automation systems. To further enhance our sales performance, we are seeking a passionate and experienced sales representative to join our successful team. Step into the role of Technology Sales Promoter and become an integral part of our success story.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive sales for Mechatronics Solutions by identifying opportunities, proposing solutions, and managing pricing and negotiations.
2. Shape and execute sales strategies while scouting new business opportunities aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
3. Monitor market trends, adjust strategies as needed, and provide insights to inform product development and decision-making.
4. Develop value propositions, support marketing efforts, and facilitate product launches to highlight offerings.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring solution adoption and achieving sales targets that are aligned with business goals.
Qualifications for the role
* Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
* 5+ years of experience in selling automation solutions within mechatronic engineering or related fields, with a proven track record in B2B sales and managing large accounts.
* Strong expertise in servo actuators, motion control, robotics, and automation technologies is highly desirable.
* Excellent skills in negotiation, presentation, and CRM management, with a strong customer focus and problem-solving abilities.
* Cost-conscious mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Experience in leading and motivating teams is desirable.
* High willingness to travel as required.
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken), a B driver’s license, and proficiency in common MS Office programs. Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce and SAP is advantageous.

In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry of €4,215.39 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
