Join our team and be a part of transforming opportunities into success stories!Your mission at RBIAct as central point of contact in transaction and strategic initiatives for all financial matters including identification of key opportunities and risks in transactions or strategic initiatives with a view to long-term value creation, conducting materiality analyses, and development of management recommendations.Manage internal projects includingCreation of financial models as well as value driver and benchmarking analyses to support strategic and impact analysis as well as perform valuations.Performing detailed financial analysis, including financials, business projections and cash flow modeling to conduct valuations and impact analysis.Conducting market, competition, and business analyses.Managing financial due diligence processes, including gathering and analyzing data, and identify key risks and opportunities, such as earnings adjustments or the examination of hidden liabilities and reserves.Coordinate the impairment testing process of the overall participation portfolio.Have an intrapreneurial mindset and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support seamless process, project, and deal execution. Work collaboratively with other team members on national and international M&A projects.Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting standards throughout the transaction and participation valuation processes.Your core competenciesUniversity degree in finance, business, administration, or a related field with work experience in banking, finance and/or advisory.
