Responsibilities:
* Assist in managing procurement and sourcing for data centre construction categories, including General Contractors, Architect/Engineers, and other professional services.
* Act as the representative on a data centre campus and associated infrastructure projects.
* Support project-level sourcing, procurement, and contract administration, reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Director.
* Perform tasks with minimal supervision, adhering to the Supplier Code of Business Conduct.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of procedures and processes across global supply chain teams.
* Coordinate supply chain activities in all project stages, from planning to closeout.
* Align with non-construction stakeholders and vendor teams.
* Provide regular briefings on project procurement and contract status, issues, and concerns.
* Offer feedback and recommendations on new tools, processes, or procedures.
* Support supply chain planning and strategy development for defined categories to ensure sufficient geographic coverage and capacity.
* Maintain the category management plan to track project allocations and supplier capacity.
* Manage sourcing and on-boarding of new suppliers, including assessment and prequalification.
* Facilitate negotiation and execution of master agreements and contract terms with suppliers.
* Draft final master agreement contract documents and submit for processing.
* Support the development of framework strategies for key categories, including RFP management and award recommendations.
* Track supplier performance against global KPIs/SLAs and report to stakeholders.
* Provide procurement support for project delivery, including contract operations meetings and RFP management.
* Manage contract life-cycle, including change orders, claims, and final account closeout.
* Ensure correct use of contract management tools and forms.
* Manage the overall Contract Life-cycle Management (CLM) and notify the project team when contract extensions or procurement activities are required.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience in Procurement, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
* Previous experience of providing sourcing, procurement and contracts management support to large scale construction programs and projects.
* Any experience of supporting Global Clients on International projects is a plus.
* Direct experience in data centre construction is a plus.
* Should have knowledge of international construction industry standards and practices.
* Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related Construction Project Management field.
