Role Summary
As our Solution Engineer for M-Files and DocuSign, you’ll be at the forefront of our digital transformation journey. You’ll spearhead the integration and optimization of these powerful platforms, ensuring our teams can collaborate seamlessly and securely. Strong internal alignment within IT is essential, as you'll be working closely with all application teams and infrastructure. As well, strong business alignment skills are crucial, as you'll need to ensure seamless communication and collaboration with our business partners. From a business perspective, this role is incredibly dynamic as our team collaborates closely with all Business Units, Business Segments, and Group Functions, meaning you'll have the chance to work across various areas of our organization, making a significant impact.
Your mission
Take on the Challenge: As a main contact person for our central business counterparts, you will collect business demands and propose/provide solutions, challenging the counterpart to reflect on efforts and costs in comparison to the benefit.
Lead the Change: Own the design, implementation, and ongoing management of M-Files and DocuSign, ensuring they meet our evolving business needs.
Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with teams across the organization to gather insights, drive improvements, and enhance user experience.
Manage & Sustain: Lead implementation and support partners to run the mission effectively.
Educate & Empower: Provide training and support to users, helping them leverage these tools to their fullest potential.
Optimize & Troubleshoot: Continuously monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to enhance functionality.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends and platform updates, advocating for features that will elevate our processes.
Your profile
University degree in IT or similar.
Experienced: 3+ years with M-Files, DocuSign or similar solutions.
Tech-Savvy: Strong understanding of document management and business processes.
Detail-Oriented: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Adaptable: Eager to stay ahead of industry trends and continuously learn.
Our offer
An inspiring position in our Group IT team.
Start: immediate start date possible, considering your availability (e.g. notice period).
Location: Group office Vienna – Marxergasse 4A, 1030 Vienna.
Duration: unlimited contract.
Extent: full-time, 38 hours/week, all-in contract.
We offer a minimum compensation package starting at €55,000 gross/year on a full-time basis (38 hours/week), with the opportunity of overpayment depending on your experience, skills, and qualification.
