To strengthen our Global Service team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a global operating spare parts specialist for the customer sales order process. You will optimize the process, shape and support SAP rollouts and be a specialist for the spare parts pricing. If you like to understand more of an ERP and the related master data and are dedicated to train people, this is the right opportunity for you.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the global spare parts sales order process in coordination with the global service team and the regional spare parts teams.
2. Develop and support the regional parts teams in parts pricing and discounts and tools (Excel & SAP) on a global level.
3. Using your SAP knowledge, you will shape the process and support SAP rollouts.
4. Write process flows and training documents and train people.
5. Manage the master data for sales orders, pricing/discounts, and spare parts reports.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
1. Completed technical or business education (HTL/FH/TU) and several years of relevant experience.
2. Knowledge of SAP (SD Sales and Distribution preferred), Excel skills, and spare parts pricing in an industrial company would be an advantage.
3. Willingness to learn and the focus to implement things, with openness to understanding business processes.
4. Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working with a high awareness of quality and responsibility.
5. Willingness to travel globally (15%); fluency in German is a plus.

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
