Teamlead Financial Controlling (f/m/x).
At our location (Regional Headquarter) in Salzburg, we manage 12 growing markets within the sales region Central and Southeastern Europe.
What awaits you?
1. Be the finance point of contact for the markets incl. Cars and Motorcycles.
2. Prepare and communicate business recommendations and reports towards management (incl. management of the regional headquarter and local offices).
3. Challenge management on business activities and ensure informed decisions are being made to maximize profitability.
4. Identify pro-actively areas for financial improvement and implement measures (e.g. profitability initiatives).
5. Consolidate month end actual results, analyze Cost of Retail spend versus budget/plan, derive recommended actions, and communicate to management.
6. Analyze and approve quarterly tactical programs (Cost of Retail) from Sales and provide analysis and recommendation regarding financial impact to management in close collaboration with the team of market controllers.
7. Ensure correct bonus payouts to dealerships according to approved bonus scheme and tactical programs.
8. Collaborate with the wider team to plan the contribution margins and Cost of Retail for BMW/MINI cars & BMW Motorcycles within the official Forecast and Budget process for the entire CS region.
9. Comprehensive steering of Finance KPIs to ensure target achievement of e.g. gross profit, contribution margin or Cost of Retail.
10. Facilitate and optimize efficiency, processes and best-practice sharing across all markets of the CS Region.
11. Lead an international team of finance professionals, providing guidance, coaching and development opportunities.
12. Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and across the wider organization (i.e. Sales, Used Cars, Financial Services).
13. Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback.
14. Foster a positive team culture and promote continuous improvement.
15. Represent the team and its interests in management meetings and strategic discussions.
What should you bring along?
1. University Studies (Masters degree preferred) with Finance major or a related Subject.
2. Experience in the field of controlling/accounting in an international environment.
3. Strong analytical mindset able to assimilate complex information in a fast-paced environment.
4. Effective communicator and relationship builder with the ability to deliver commercial and operational messages whilst influencing stakeholders from across the business.
5. Flexible in approach, adaptable to changing situations and a good team player.
6. Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
7. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
8. Strategic thinking and the ability to align team objectives with the overall business goals.
9. Advanced level of Excel skills and knowledge in BI tools preferred.
10. Fluent in English and German.

We are looking for you as soon as possible for an indefinite period and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 4.800 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
