Key Responsibilities:
* Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence in the medical devices sector.
* Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
* Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
* Product Promotion: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our medical devices.
* Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business strategies and product development.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and achieve business goals.
* Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development updates to senior management.
* Compliance: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the medical devices or healthcare industry.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
* Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the medical devices sector, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
* German fluent
