A dedicated client-facing digital sales professional with B2B and digital sales experience, ideally from the cultural, tourism, or tech sector.
Your Role
* Develop and scale our web3 community strategy (by generating engaging initiatives)
* Drive social engagement by managing social media channels & performance marketing campaigns (Twitter, Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn)
* Create engaging written content such as community announcements (product launches, new integrations, milestones)
* Build brand awareness with the help of relevant influencers, podcasts, newsletters, projects
* Define and monitor community KPIs as well as sales relevant KPIs
* Manage our app-related marketing and implement promotional strategies
* Implementation of SEO & SEA strategies
You Have
* 2-3 years of experience in similar positions and hands-on experience in executing digital sales strategies
* Sound knowledge of digital sales processes, funnel strategies, digital platforms, distribution channels, etc.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills both orally and in writing (German and English)
* Proven track record to drive B2B sales process from plan to close
* Technical acumen and a data-driven growth mindset
* Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* A self-starter and a team player with good problem-solving ability
* Bonus: Market knowledge in the cultural and travel sector
