Your new adventure
The position holder will develop the brand of our organisation and develop marketing campaigns and activities. Building and leading the marketing and communications team will be key to developing the marketing direction across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsibility for the marketing and communications strategy and management of the brand to ensure consistent communications.
2. Leading the collaboration with our agency partners including output and performance accountability.
3. Planning and managing the stakeholder engagement strategy to maximise relationships with clients, investors, partners and intermediaries.
4. Overall responsibility for all marketing automation initiatives (B2B+B2C) and for the development and implementation of an e-commerce strategy (B2B+B2C).
5. Management of the overall budget for marketing and communication activities.
6. Responsibility for planning events from start to finish according to needs, target audience and objectives.
Your experiences and skills:
1. Completed commercial studies (FH, university) and at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable function.
2. Experience in B2B and B2C business and in managing and building a multidisciplinary team.
3. Strong understanding of social media in a professional environment and how to use social media/viral messaging as part of a PR strategy.
4. Very good command of written and spoken German and English.
5. Ability to think strategically and commercially.
6. Strong communication skills and analytical thinking and behaviour.

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 65,432.36 gross/year in accordance with the collective agreement for the metal industry. Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, we offer an attractive and performance-related salary with corresponding overpayment.
