Role Description
This is a full-time (partly hybrid) role for an International B2B Business Development Manager at HENDI - Tools for Chefs. The role is located in Greater Salzburg, Tyrol, Vorarlberg, with the flexibility for partly remote work. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing B2B partnerships, creating and implementing strategic sales plans, and fostering long-term relationships with clients in the assigned region.
Qualifications
1. Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management skills
2. Experience in B2B sales and international business development
3. Strong communication and negotiation skills
4. Highly self-motivating and hands-on mentality
5. Knowledge of the hospitality or food service industry
6. Fluency in English and German and French, additional languages are a plus
7. Ability to travel up to 80% of the time (mainly AT, CH, IT)
8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
