If you thrive in a multifunctional, fast-paced role and want to work to build a world-class operations organization—read on.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Lead, manage and develop the Manufacturing & Process Engineering team.Drive engineering changes in collaboration with the R&D team and ensure correct implementation of design changes.Evaluate needed investment and assembly time of new production lines and cost-saving programs.Act as a change leader to define manufacturing methods (like work instructions, tools, jigs, Process-FMEA and checklists) for new and existing products.Engage with R&D to understand program roadmaps, project scope and set the right project teams.Ensure deadlines within the team are kept and needed information is shared with relevant stakeholders.Coordinate resources and set daily priorities to meet operational objectives.The essential requirements of the job include:Master’s degree in Manufacturing/Production or Process Engineering or similar and extensive experience in manufacturing processes (+7 years).Strong leadership skills.Experience in managing people and a strong technical background.Experience in the implementation of design changes in a manufacturing environment.Excellent technical skills (light assembly).Excellent production documentation skills.Excellent English and German skills.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience in ISO 13485.
