Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the entire accounts payable process. Your key duties will involve processing high-volume invoices, matching them with purchase orders, and accurately allocating costs to jobs. You will oversee weekly and monthly payments, perform reconciliations, including supplier statement reconciliations, and collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to address accounts payable concerns. Additionally, you will assist with various ad-hoc finance administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process and match high-volume invoices to corresponding purchase orders
* Allocate costs and correctly code invoices to relevant jobs
* Manage weekly and monthly payment cycles
* Perform supplier statement reconciliations and other necessary financial reconciliations
* Liaise with internal teams and suppliers to resolve accounts payable issues
* Support various ad-hoc finance administration duties as required
Essential Requirements:
* Proficiency in MS Office and JDE (Oracle-based system) or other similar ERP systems
* Proven experience in a similar role within a medium to large organization
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
* High level of accuracy in data entry
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on building strong stakeholder relationships
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a cooperative, team-oriented attitude
* Proactive, self-motivated, and a "can-do" approach to problem-solving
