Job Description
The Lead CSA Productivity Expert is a key position responsible for coordinating CSA planned/unplanned events, implementing cost-saving projects, and introducing innovations within the service contract fleet.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage CSA Planned/Unplanned events
* Implement and introduce technical and commercial projects worldwide
* Evaluate costs and ensure efficient budget management
* Introduce and execute new processes by expanding the portfolio
* Work closely with Finance to track financial success of implemented initiatives
* Serve as contact for CSA team, addressing technical and commercial questions
* Initiate productivity projects to enhance overall performance
Requirements:
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, process, etc.) combined with commercial/business administrative experience
* Service experience in energy industry paired with strong commercial and technical background
* Strong technical background on reciprocating engines and knowledge of Jenbacher products desired
* Independent, proactive, flexible work style with hands-on mentality and high say-do ratio
* Good experience in managing and coordinating projects/processes
* Analytical abilities and MS-Office skills
