The VD 21 unit is part of the Digitalization and Transformation department, subdivision IT Specialist Procedures and Projects. With 13 internal employees, we develop and operate specialist procedures for the authority and schools using agile methods and modern technical standards.

Your tasks
* Advising the specialist departments on the implementation of digitization projects
* Designing tailor-made solutions for the requirements of the specialist departments, taking into account the BSB's IT architecture
* Process modeling and documentation
* Participation in release management (provision, coordination and execution of functional tests, technical acceptance, error analysis)
* Coordination of communication with external IT service providers
Your profile
Required
* University degree (Master's or equivalent) in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
Advantageous
* Experience in solving complex issues as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of working
* Ability to present difficult issues in a way that is understandable and appropriate to the target audience
* Experience in the use of agile methodologies in software development
* Work in a team
* Knowledge of taking responsibility for the operation of an application
