Consultant/trainer/coach (m/f/d)

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned trainer, coach, and consultant to help organizations and their leaders grow. This role offers the opportunity to work with prominent companies in Austria and Europe.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver training sessions and workshops in fluent German and English.
* Develop and implement effective coaching programs for business leaders.
* Collaborate with our innovative team based in Vienna to support people and organizations globally.


Requirements

* A university degree with a strong focus on the field of expertise.
* At least 5 years of experience in training and coaching business leaders.
* Ability to adapt to changing situations and travel domestically and internationally.
* Strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence.


Preferred Qualifications

* Leadership experience in a corporate environment.
* Experience in leading change initiatives and facilitating workshops.
* Formal coaching and training accreditation.
* Skills in key account management and business development.
