Job Description
We are seeking a HR Business Partner – Operations, R&D and Strategy/Innovation (EU) who will serve as a subject matter expert on human resources operations, including talent lifecycle, employee relations, communications, retention, development, engagement, and partnering with business leaders.
This role reports to the Global HR Director, Operations, R&D and Strategy/Innovation, and will be an on-site position at our site in Puch, Austria.
Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic partner to the business and change agent, aligning people practices and strategies with overall business objectives.
* Define and own HR strategy & action plan, supporting Sales & Service leadership in workforce planning, organizational design, talent optimization, staffing plans.
* Provide day-to-day HR guidance to Leadership in talent acquisition, leadership coaching, employee counseling, performance management, career development, change management, compensation, and HR policy guidance.
* Partner across the global HR organization, sharing information, and providing thought leadership.
* Collaborate with Global HR COE on the execution of HR initiatives.
* Drive solutions in talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
* Counsel managers to ensure robust succession plans and strong development plans for key talent.
* Maintain good interaction with works councils and employee representations.
Requirements:
* Degree in HR or Business Administration, min 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner/Manager in Austria & multi-countries.
* Broad understanding of technical and functional components of human resources.
* Experience supporting leaders in multiple countries with knowledge of labor laws in various countries.
* Managing change/project initiatives in a multi-cultural environment.
* Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* German and English language proficiency is required, additional languages are welcome.
