Join our global supply chain planning team!
The production planning for the worldwide supply of Red Bull products to our markets is done centrally at the Red Bull headquarters in Elsbethen (Salzburg). We are strengthening our global supply chain team with a Planning Specialist focused on point-of-sales materials (visibility items). Together with your team of POS planners and your manager you’ll translate the forecast and sales orders for POS materials of all Red Bull markets into a global procurement planning while participating in an exciting journey to help Red Bull to re-design the way of planning our Visibility Items.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
1. As our new Planning Specialist, you’ll plan the global supply chain for POS materials from the supplier to the internal customer. In this role, you’ll translate the forecast and sales orders for POS materials of all Red Bull markets into a global procurement plan. You will consider capabilities and constraints, detect bottlenecks, and propose solutions to realise and secure an effective and efficient supply chain process.
2. Together with your team members, you’ll work on various projects with internal and external stakeholders in order to optimize processes.
3. You’ll work on and maintain master data in order to secure a high level of quality. It’ll also be your job to identify and analyse deviations from the plan and implement corrective measures.
4. University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) with focus on supply chain management or logistics
5. Fluent in English, German is considered as a plus
6. 3+ years of professional experience in the field of (production) planning, supply chain management, or logistics.
7. Experience with SAP S4/HANA, planning systems preferably SAP IBP and master data systems (SAP MDG-M) is advantageous.
8. Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel.
9. Analytical, precise and structured way of working.
10. Process- and solution-oriented, able to work under pressure, organisational talent.
