* Manage the consolidated CDC (Cyber Defence Center) budget, handle budget requests and assist with annual budget planning
* Oversee supplier contracts and license agreements in collaboration with IT Procurement and support contract renewals, terminations, and negotiations
* Maintain contract overviews and support the integration of new entities into existing agreements
* Collaborate with Finance and Transfer Pricing departments on annual service pricing and billing
* Assist with invoice approvals and ensure availability of relevant information (e.g., timesheets, contract details, license usage)
* Conduct IT-related budget reporting (CAPEX, OPEX, KPIs) and provide first-level support for subsidiaries regarding IT controlling
* Contribute to group-wide IT billing processes, including data preparation, invoice issuance, and process improvements
* Enhance and maintain reporting systems, including drafting templates, work instructions, and group policies
Your Profile
* Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
* Strong knowledge of contract, invoicing, and budgeting processes
* Experience with standard IT finance and controlling software (e.g., SAP FI CO, Clarity, Confluence, JIRA); advanced MS Excel skills
* Ideally, experience in regulated industries or insurance
* Structured and team-oriented working style, high initiative, and hands-on mentality
* Precise work ethic and strong presentation and moderation skills
* Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional CEE languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel occasionally within the CEE region (approx. 10%)
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least €50,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
