Profile
What you bring with you:
* Completed commercial training is desirable, such as a business administrator (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade specialist (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
* Experience and enjoyment in working with customers
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Open, positive attitude and empathy
* Strong service and solution orientation
* Careful, structured, and reliable work approach
* Very good knowledge of MS Office
* Fluent in both spoken and written German and English
Tasks
Your tasks with us:
* Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or other communication channels
* Receiving and recording customer orders in our inventory management system (SAP)
* Organizing and coordinating on-time deliveries
* Coordinating and communicating with freight forwarders and delivery service providers
* Monitoring the entire delivery process and ensuring customer satisfaction
* Maintaining and updating customer and order data
