Our ideal candidate for this Enterprise Customer Success Manager role is a seasoned professional with at least 5 years of experience in customer-facing positions, particularly in Customer Success Management. They should be fluent in German (C1 level or higher) and possess a strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM tools like Gainsight.
In addition to their technical skills, the successful applicant will have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, allowing them to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and drive business growth. A Bachelor's degree or higher is required, and willingness to travel up to 25% for client meetings is essential.
The ideal candidate will also have experience working in the Corporate Real Estate or CRE Tech/SaaS industry, as well as familiarity with enterprise SaaS and/or IoT products. PMP certification or equivalent would be a plus.
