The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial spirit and thinks creatively about how to build their business. With a background in the FSQ, NPD, Food & Beverage, CPG space, you will skillfully execute each phase of the sales process from pipeline generation to closing the deal, through value selling, designing customer-centric solutions, and building commercial proposals.In this role, a typical day will be:Generating new business through identifying, prospecting, managing, and closing new opportunities, targeting leads within our industry segmentsBuilding Trust by delivering high-caliber, persuasive presentations incorporating value-based strategies and impactDemonstrating extensive knowledge and insight into prospective clients’ business processes while linking our product offerings to the needs of executives across the supply chainNegotiating pricing and contracts and driving to closureDriving a strong presence and awareness for our product offerings through participation in tradeshows, industry events, and applicable technology organizationsYou will ideally have:A diploma or degree in business or a related discipline is strongly preferred.5+ years of sales and industry experience in related fields such as food manufacturing and/or B2B sales of technology solutions.Fluent English and German; other languages a bonusDemonstrable consistent quota achievementExperience using a CRM; Salesforce.com preferred.The ability to be a positive team player, willing to grow and changeOur Offer:You will join a growing, supportive, and dynamic team focused on delivering results within an environment of continuous improvement and with an appreciation of diverse and creative strategies.
