HR Country Manager/Business Partner – Austria
€60,000 to €80,000 plus benefits & bonus (paid out double for last year)

1. A seasoned HR professional with 5+ years of experience in a strategic HR role.
2. Passionate about coaching and mentoring managers and employees.
3. Well-versed in Austrian employment law and HR best practices.
4. Confident in handling difficult conversations and enabling managers to take ownership.
5. Experienced in change management—you know how to guide teams through transformation.
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance culture with international collaboration.
