Group Compensation, Benefits & HR Reporting Expert (w/m/d)
As a Group Compensation, Benefits & HR Reporting Expert, you will be responsible for supporting and executing group-wide compensation and benefits processes, HR reporting, and HR data management. You will play a critical role in coordinating the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, market benchmarking, and internal equity analysis. You will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, supporting HR processes, contributing to continuous improvements in HR IT systems and providing data-driven insights to support strategic HR decisions. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior HR professional with around two years of relevant experience to grow in an international environment.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with HR Leadership to implement group-wide compensation strategies
* Prepare the annual compensation review process and annual bonus agreements
* Adjust internal salary bands and analyze external compensation benchmarks
* Provide HR data analysis and Group-wide reporting
* Support internal and external audits
* Optimize HR IT systems, processes and workflows
* Assist in developing compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
* 2+ years of relevant experience in Compensation/Reward and/or HR Analytics and/or HR IT Systems
* Experience with HR IT systems and understanding of HR processes
* Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills and Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data analysis). Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
* Effective communication, with persuasive and assertive skills
* Ability to manage and collaborate with different stakeholders
* Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
