In this role you secure delivery of projected vitamin and carotenoid sales in EMEA for our Animal Nutrition and Health (ANH) Business, while optimizing the price realization. You will play a pivotal role in transitioning the sales approach towards a direct sales model.
This role will report into the Sales Director ANH Vitamins Unit.

Your key responsibilities
1. Develop and implement a comprehensive annual sales plan aligned with the overall business goals to achieve projected sales volumes for the EMEA region, with clear view on route to market (direct through Vitamins Unit or through Solutions Unit), and drive to optimize price realization.
2. Act as the main point of contact in the region for any question related to Vitamin & Carotenoids availability and pricing.
3. Maintain network in the respective region to ensure a sound understanding of market and competitive dynamics.
4. Identify and pursue sales opportunities, both within existing customer relationships and new market segments, to expand the customer base to ensure we are securing projected sales volumes.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and address any customer concerns promptly.
6. Maintain an up-to-date and in-depth understanding of market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes within the region. Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies to remain competitive.

You bring
13. Ability to successfully drive the full sales process, from building relationships to understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, negotiating, and ultimately closing deals.
14. Strong understanding and ability to develop and deliver targeted pricing strategies through analyzing markets, competition, costs, and trends to maximize revenue while aligning with customer expectations and organizational objectives.
15. Strong understanding of Vitamin & Carotenoid products or related industries.
16. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
17. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels of the organization."
