Working with cross-functional and regional teams, you will shape the brand portfolio strategy and priorities to enable consumer-centric growth. You will develop annual plans and contribute to strategic roadmaps. In addition, you will offer recommendations for integrated commercial plans, which you execute to deliver on revenue and profit forecasts, and share objectives. Based on your deep consumer insights and brand positioning, you will develop and implement integrated marketing communications and 360 degree campaigns.
Holistic Brand Management for Philadelphia with main focus on Austria & Switzerland.
Main Responsibilities:
1. End-to-end brand and portfolio management for Philadelphia Austria & Switzerland: Portfolio Management, development of strong marketing communication programs, P&L and budget responsibility
2. Development and implementation of strategies and execute growth plans
3. Manage media planning & budget and be key contact for media agencies in Austria & Switzerland
4. Lead Philadelphia communication, amplifying central campaigns and leading market specific brand activation, full 360° platforms
5. Development and execution of marketing projects in close collaboration with commercial teams, close collaboration with the German team to utilize synergies across DACH in portfolio, communication & activation while incorporating market specifics and learnings
You will be part of the passionate Philadelphia Marketing Team and report to the Marketing Lead Austria.

Role Requirements:
1. University degree, ideally in economics
2. Relevant professional experience in consumer marketing (5 years minimum) in an international environment, preferably FMCG
3. Creative and open minded team player
4. Strong analytical skills, understanding of consumer and business KPIs to build business recommendations.
5. Great organizing and problem solving skills
