THE ROLE
The Director, Project Communication is a senior leadership role that goes beyond informing and engaging communities; it is about strategically leading the conversations that redefine how we communicate with impacted communities during transformative change. Tasked with enhancing the level of coordination and impact at some of Victoria's most complex and constrained redevelopment sites, this role is pivotal in ensuring that community and project outcomes are not just upheld but continually improved.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
1. Lead the development and implementation of place-based communication and engagement strategies for construction and delivery projects across Homes Victoria's redevelopment precincts.
2. Collaborate with program-wide communication and engagement teams to align localised strategies with broader social licence objectives.
3. Provide strategic advice to the Executive Director of Communication and Engagement on project-specific communication challenges and opportunities.
