As a Data Analyst at INTERMAPS, you will find a diverse range of tasks relating to the evaluation of sensor technology, movement data, weather and other data sources in connection with objectives in tourism-related fields. On the one hand, you will be able to apply your existing knowledge and, on the other, learn new techniques and establish analyses.

Tasks
Your tasks in detail:
Data analysis of input data from internal and external sources, partly using publicly available data
Creation of forecasts and models
Briefing technicians on the production of data imports and their processing
Coordinating and rectifying any faults in the data imports/exports or analysis applications together with the technicians
Accompanying and supporting the development as well as maintenance of dashboards to visualise KPIs and other project-specific data
Creating data visualisations in the form of graphics, diagrams and dashboards to make the results understandable and usable for users
Preparation of findings and recommendations for stakeholders based on the results obtained
Requirements
What you bring to the table:
Successfully completed Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, data science, engineering, economics or a related field
Ability to analyse large amounts of data
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German
Attention to detail and a sense of urgency
Analytical approach and problem-solving skills
Mastery of specific tools and software for database management, static analysis and data visualisation tools
