Responsibilities:
* Leverage high-quality, online-generated leads with no cold calling required.
* Utilize an advanced sales flow while incorporating your personal sales style.
* Clearly articulate the advantages of the product portfolio and tailor solutions to customer needs.
* Build a loyal customer base through exceptional service and ensure long-term business growth.
* Maintain focus on goals and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Contribute to process improvements and develop strategies to drive referrals and business growth.
Background:
* Proven experience in B2C field sales, account management or similar roles.
* A strong sales personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A results-driven mindset with the ability to close deals effectively.
* Interest in technical topics and a curiosity to learn.
* High initiative, resilience, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Fluency in German and proficiency in English to collaborate with international teams.
