Purpose of the Role
As a Digital Marketing Consultant, your role involves identifying and implementing effective advertising solutions through close collaboration with German companies and digital marketing agency partners. You will work with various advertisers to deliver tailored digital advertising solutions that meet each customer's needs.
This is a target-driven environment where you will work towards individual sales targets as part of a larger sales team aimed at expanding the client base across EMEA. You will be part of a large team creating unique customer experiences while actively shaping the German online marketing landscape.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop innovative strategies to improve relationships with client companies and agencies by providing performance-enhancing suggestions and promoting products.
2. Offer strategic advice to businesses and agencies to maximize their return on investment (ROI) from their advertising expenditure by working closely with them in a consultative capacity.
3. Consistently meet assigned sales quotas while prioritizing and delivering exceptional customer sales experiences.
4. Maintain proactive communication with customers via phone, video conference, and other means.
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Proficiency in German (C2/C1 level).
3. Ability to speak and write English fluently and idiomatically.
4. At least one year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in building and optimizing pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns.
5. Experience in sales.
6. Familiarity with Google products such as Ads, AdSense, or YouTube.
7. A team player with strong leadership and communication skills.
8. Excellent presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
9. Passion for marketing, technology, and online advertising, with a desire to learn and develop.
