Your New Position
As an Area Coach, you are experienced, energetic and eager to climb the ladder and take the next step in your career, have a hands-on approach, understand the importance of working side-by-side building and growing Franchise Partner success. You will be responsible for:
1. Supporting Franchise Partners primarily across stores in South Australia as well as other Interstate Market(s), including regional stores to drive sales and engage with our brand, products, display, presentation and customers daily
2. Partnering with our Franchise Partners to execute the individual business strategies
3. Supporting New Store Openings as part of our growing network
4. Completing store audits, providing industry leading coaching and training to address development areas
5. Ensuring obligations to legal, WH&S, Fair Work, Food Safety, policies and procedures are coached and trained on, then consistently met in the stores
6. Assisting with the onboarding and training of new Franchise Partners
7. Partnering with Franchise Partners to measure success and manage local area marketing
8. Supporting the recruitment of in-store team members as required
9. Building long lasting, supportive and professional relationships with all stakeholders within the region
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To be considered for this role you will need food and coffee retail experience and be passionate about coaching and developing. You will be a driven and determined person that is looking to make their mark with this exciting brand and the ideal candidate will understand that their time will need to be flexible to foster the support required to the network.
You will possess the following competencies and behaviours:
1. Minimum of 1-3 years multi-site / franchising experience
2. A background in hospitality or food and beverage essential
3. The ability to travel between stores within South Australia and other Interstate Market(s)
4. Proven experience achieving sales targets, KPIs and maximising profit
5. Strong interpersonal, coaching and organisational skills
6. Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced and demanding environment
7. Ability to complete a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
