Your tasks
* You are the central point of contact for employees and managers for questions relating to labor law, social security law and payroll tax law.
* Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting for employees.
* Coordinating and processing business transactions from the time employees join the company until they leave.
* Supervision of the time recording system and ongoing personnel administration.
* Regular preparation of periodic evaluations and reports.
* You will be actively involved in HR projects with a focus on payroll issues.
Your profile
* Completed commercial training (apprenticeship, HAK/HLW, studies).
* Ideally relevant professional experience.
* Successfully completed payroll accounting exam (WIFI or similar).
* Sound knowledge of labor, tax and social security law.
* Independent, structured and precise way of working.
* Good knowledge of German and English.
